Dr Landon Demoss
Dr. Landon DeMoss was born and raised in the Lima community. He is a 2015 graduate
of Shawnee High School where he played for the Shawnee baseball and soccer teams.
Dr. DeMoss is no stranger to chiropractic, in fact he is the tenth chiropractor in his
family. His grandfather, Dr. Ted Spieles who was one of the first chiropractors in Lima,
was his biggest influence in choosing the profession. Working on Grandpa Ted’s farm
during the summertime turned into many knowledgeable lessons on how important
chiropractic is and to make sure you’re helping people each day. Following high school,
Dr. DeMoss moved to Columbus, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University and
Columbus State College. While in college he worked at the Ohio State football stadium.
Dr. DeMoss then attended Life University in Marietta, Georgia where he graduated
Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic in December of 2021.
While in school at Life, Dr. DeMoss studied the human anatomy and physiology to obtain a trueunderstanding of how the body works properly as well as a rigorous number of hours indiagnostic coursework. Dr. DeMoss learned different chiropractic techniques during hisschooling such as Full Spine, Toggle Recoil, Gonstead, SOT, Advanced Pediatric,Applied Kinesiology, and CBP. He was able to use these different techniques in LifeUniversities outpatient clinic and was able to work with many different patients of allages. During his final quarter of chiropractic college in October 2021, Dr. DeMossmoved back to his hometown to complete his preceptorship at Rabe Chiropractic. Thisgave him an opportunity to shadow the other doctors along with meeting and working onnew patients. He felt very lucky to end up in an office that was very welcoming and gavehim the opportunity to serve the people of his hometown.
In November of 2023, Dr. DeMoss continued his education and learned how to practice Dry Needling through the Integrative Dry Needling institute. He has found that utilizing dry needling has helped
countless patients of achieving pain relief and also stimulating the bodies healing
response.
Dr. DeMoss married his gorgeous wife in the summer of 2021. Kelsie is a registered
nurse and selflessly helps her patients every day. Together, they have two sons Dutton
Riley and Denver Ray. In their free time they enjoy spending time with their family,
traveling and watching the Buckeyes!

Dr. Kenneth Marsh
Dr. Marsh is no stranger to the area and community. He is a 2007 graduate of Shawnee high school, where he excelled for the Shawnee football team lettering all four years and helping them win the WBL and reach the state playoffs in 2005. Dr. Ken Marsh then went on to Wilmington College where he was a three year letterman and All-OAC player. While there he earned his B.S. in Athletic Training in 2012. Through his academic program Dr. Marsh was able to work with many athletes in many different sports including being the lead senior athletic trainer for the college’s women’s softball team. During that time he was leading the way in all the treatments and care given to the student athletes throughout the whole season. Dr Marsh was very fortunate to continue his education and have a yearlong internship with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League during the 2010-2011 season.
Dr. Marsh then attended Logan University in St. Louis Missouri were he obtained another B.S. in Life Science. During this time Dr. Marsh graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic in August of 2015. While there he was able to work with many different people from young newborn children, adults, elderly patients, athletes and pregnant women building a vast knowledge of the different problems that may occur throughout all of these age groups and how to properly treat them. He learned many different techniques and ways to treat the body which include Diversified, Logan Basic, Activator, SOT, and Active Release Technique. In his final semester of his graduate program Dr. Marsh was fortunate enough to do a preceptorship at Rabe Chiropractic where he was able to learn the practice, follow the other doctors meeting many of the patients. It also allowed him to jump start building his practice by treating patients. Dr. Marsh has been at Rabe Chiropractic since September 2015.
Dr, Marsh is married to his beautiful wife Sara and they have two children, a boy Beckett and a girl Arden. He also has two dogs Vinny a cane corso/boxer mix and Tyson a boxer. Dr Marsh loves spending time with his family especially with his children who keep him young and going. Dr Marsh likes to stay active working out regularly as well as playing softball in the summer coed league.

Dr. Richard Damschroder
Dr. Richard L. Damschroder, Jr., D.C. has been with Rabe Chiropractic since 2004.
After graduating from Shawnee High School in Lima, Ohio, Dr. Damschroder attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. He then continued his education at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, where he earned another bachelor's degree in Human Anatomy as well as his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Following graduation from NUHS, Dr. Damschroder returned to Lima and began working as an associate under Dr. Steven G. Rabe. He became co-owner of the practice in 2009, and has performed over 200,000 spinal manipulations in his career. Dr. Damschroder is trained in diversified manipulation technique, as well as Activator method, MLS laser therapy, and spinal decompression.
Dr. Damschroder currently lives in Shawnee with his wife Vanessa and two daughters, Georgianna and Elle. In his free time, he is an avid hiker and gardener, and also enjoys fishing and spending time with family at Indian Lake

Dr. Micheal Wheeler
Dr Wheeler was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. He has been in practice since September 11, 2002. He attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies where he majored in human biology.
Dr Wheeler received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland University Kansas City College of Chiropractic and Health Sciences. Dr Wheeler completed advanced studies in radiology, rehabilitation, whiplash injury and treatment, headache management, musculoskeletal disorders, and sports injuries.
Dr Wheeler specializes in a combination of many types of chiropractic techniques, including:
Diversified technique, Gonstead technique, Thompson drop technique, Activator technique, and Extremity manipulation. Dr Wheeler also specializes in maternity and pediatric care and regularly treats pregnant women and children of all ages.
Dr Wheeler is committed to providing chiropractic care for patients of all ages and backgrounds. Whether addressing musculoskeletal conditions, improving mobility, or enhancing overall wellness he is dedicated to improving health of the Lima and surrounding communities.
